Aspen Parc was brought in to design the full experience from the ground up, developing three cohesive concepts, a bodega, ice cream parlor, and restaurant, each with its own personality yet united through intentional design. About the Project

What We Did

  • Developed three distinct yet connected concepts: a neighborhood bodega, ice cream parlor, and restaurant, within a single property.

  • Created full spatial layouts and 3D renderings to visualize the guest journey across each experience.

  • Selected materials, finishes, and lighting that blended nostalgia with modern function.

  • Designed custom furniture and built-in millwork to unify the interiors.

  • Implemented brand identity and signage into the physical environment.

  • Led exterior design direction to enhance curb appeal and create cohesion across all storefronts.

The Design Approach

The design began with contrast, honoring its Colorado roots while giving it a contemporary edge fit for Cherry Creek. Aspen Parc approached the project as a study in balance: western textures paired with urban polish, nostalgic materials set against modern lines.

The result is a space that feels layered, intentional, and grounded, where every finish, fixture, and sightline connects back to the building’s character and the guest experience. Rather than reinventing, we refined, elevating what was already there and giving it a cohesive visual identity that ties three unique concepts into one destination.
